Three interactives for the new Chisholm Trail Heritage Museum examine the history of Texas cattle drives that began in the 1870s.

In Lead a Trail Drive you are a trail boss and are responsible for leading a cattle drive from Texas to Kansas. Along the way you have to overcome challenges such as river crossings and stampedes.

Explore the Chuck Wagon lets visitors explore the features of a real-life chuck wagon on display directly in front of them.

In Come ‘n’ Get It visitors are responsible for cooking a meal for the trail hands. This lighthearted interactive is framed as a silent movie, and visitors have to win the approval of a cantankerous older cook, “Cookie.”
